Position: Sr. Mgr Desktop Investigations
Department: Fraud Prevention Unit (FPU)
Reporting to : Head FPU
Grade : L 3B
Location : Pune
Purpose of the Job :
Desk Investigation, Fraud Repository Controls and Reporting
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
- Managing end to end investigations from HO including offsite, onsite/ calls
- Document and Signature Forensics
- Creation and maintenance of Fraud Repository
- Assuring Operational Process controls through surprise audits
- . Red Flag Identification using early warning signals (EWS) and dissemination to Field
- Ensuring Whistle Blow Process adherence
- Fraud Busting and High Risk role Training
- Proactive Communication Drive
- Ensuring accurate and timely Consequence Management on proven Fraud cases
- Reporting to Audit Committee, Risk Committee, etc

Educational Level :
Must have :
Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Economics/Business Management/ Ideal would be a MBA Degree
