Manager / Senior Manager Finance based at Pune, Head Office.  Key Responsibilities:  - Reporting, Planning and Budgeting  - Regulatory reporting, catering to regulators Monthly and quarterly reports.  - Management Reporting - Expenses reporting every month to management and expenses analysis.  - Shareholders reporting- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports based on Indian GAAP and IFRS and sending it to Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP).  - Being in constant interaction with team in AZAP for resolution of queries.  - Planning and budgeting- Being an active member of financial number planning including Indian GAAP and IFRS.  - Coordination- Coordination with Allianz Globally and also departments for Reporting and Planning purposes.  Qualification : MBA Finance / CA
