JOB PURPOSE :

- Will be part of a team responsible for Financial Planning process of the Company, release of the monthly MIS reports for various stakeholders.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Plays a pivotal role in compilation, coordination, analysis and submission of budgeting exercise for the Company.

2. Work closely with various department across the Company to proactively provide financial insights, assess financial deviations in - Planned vs Actuals, analyze the reasons.

3. Ensure accurate and informative shareholding deck presentation on a monthly basis.

4. Compilation of long term strategy financials, special project financials, benchmarking competitor's key parameters.

5. Sustaining and improving MIS reporting for internal divisions.

6. Develop Financial Models for forecasting and budgeting.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

- Should be proficient in MS Excel and Power-point

- Should have analytical skills and ability to handle pressure

Educational Qualifications :

a) Qualifications

- MBA Finance or CA

b) Work Experience

- At least 3-4 years of experience in MIS and preferably in Insurance industry
