Designation / Position : Cluster Recruitment Manager

Job Description :

- Primary responsibility will be to manage the Talent Acquisition end to end, recruitment cost effectively and attract great talent (Front Line Sales force) for the organization

To Support Business Managers on their resource requirements in the General Managers - Cluster.

- Experience in external hiring through Vendors/consultants.

- Experience in Vendors/consultants management for recruitment.

- Experience in bulk hiring in Front Line Sales (preferably in Insurance industry).

- Experience in bulk hiring through social media.

- Experience in working closely with the leadership team including General Managers/ Regional Heads across the location.

- Strong understanding of processes, metrics and QTC model (Quality hire in required Time at low Cost).

- Bring about cost-effectiveness/innovation in the recruitment area regularly.
