Location : Pune

Purpose of the Job :

Desk Investigation, Fraud Repository Controls and Reporting

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :

- Ensuring end to end investigations from HO including offsite, onsite/ calls

- Document and Signature Forensics

- Creation and maintenance of Fraud Repository

- Assuring Operational Process controls through surprise audits

- Red Flag Identification using early warning signals (EWS) and dissemination to Field

- Ensuring Whistle Blow Process adherence

- Reporting to Audit Committee, Risk Committee, etc

Educational Level :

Must have:

Graduate Degree in Commerce/ Economics/Business Management/ Ideal would be a MBA Degree

Work Experience :

Must have :

- Experience in Fraud/ Risk/ Compliance Management

- High Proficiency in Investigations
