Designation / Position : Agency Branch Manager

Job Description :

- Ethically Head the Agency Sales Branch Office & lead all Branch staff, ICs & coordinate with seniors including HO appropriately.

- Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Sales Managers & Insurance Consultant (IC) of Agency Channel.

- Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers & insurance Consultants & to recruit and train to procure necessary business.

- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.

- To motivate SMs/ICs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.

- Regular monitoring of SMs & ICs performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.

- Facilitate administrative & operational supports to SMs & ICs of Agency Channel for smooth functioning.

- MIS preparation, reporting to Regional Head and adherence to Audit Compliance as per company Standards.
