In addition, GMT&O provides Sales, Electronic Trading, Trade Work Flow, Pricing, and Market Risk, Middle office, Collateral Management, Credit Risk, Post-trade confirmation, Settlement and Client service processes for Trading, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management businesses.  Job Description  The Open platform is Credit’s global electronic trading platform for corporate bonds and CDS/CDSI. This includes real-time, streaming pricing, algorithmic pricing, market data distribution and contribution, market connectivity, trading and execution, and post trade booking. There is a consistent stream of work enhancements to the Open framework. The position requires a relatively senior position who will lead Open maintenance and enhancement efforts in India.  Responsibilities  - Accountable for multiple applications in the Credit space  - Design and Develop optimal solutions by closely interacting with Business Users, Analytics and Technology teams.   - Hands-on Contributor Role   - Mentor Junior members of the team of five members  - Responsible for building/enhancing the existing application and in due course, migrating the application into Quartz framework  - Evaluate competing technologies and build rapid prototypes for testing  - Analyze Translate and Track Business Requirements using SDLC tools.  - Embrace and Evangelize Test Driven Development  - Participate actively in Code Review ensuring Quality and Functionality  - Respond to production issues and user queries  - Deliver effectively in an Agile development model  Requirements	  Mandatory Skills:  - Strong, hands on, core Java 1.7 knowledge, including core data structures, and core concurrency support. Working knowledge of Java 1.8 enhancements to concurrency support.  - Hands on, working knowledge of SQL (MS-SQL), and familiarity with NoSQL frameworks and semantics (Cassandra, MongoDB).  - Hands on, working knowledge of the Spring stack, including the Spring Framework, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, and Spring MVC.  - Hands on, working knowledge of JPA and Hibernate, and associated annotations.  - Hands on, working knowledge of SOAP and REST services as well as associated frameworks (CXF).  - Hands on experience with real-time messaging brokers and patterns – JMS and TibcoRV.   - Fluent knowledge of core design patterns (GoF), as well as enterprise application integration (EAI) patterns.  - Hands on, working knowledge of market protocols, such as FIX, and associated protocol engines (QuickFIX).  - Preferred knowledge of .NET languages  - Strong SDLC experience using GIT.  - Knowledge and work experience in UNIX, primarily BASH.  Academics:  - Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in a relevant technical field  Certifications/Knowledge:  - Knowledge of Capital Markets domain  - Knowledge on any scripting/dynamic language: Python, Perl etc. (Python preferred)  Experience – 13 to 15 years of IT experience
