BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America.

Global Markets Technology & Operations provides end-to-end technology solutions for Global Markets businesses including Equities, Prime Brokerage, Interest Rates, Currencies, Commodities, Derivatives and Structured Products. Across all these products, solutions include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using various enterprise technologies. In addition, GMT&O provides Sales, Electronic Trading, Trade Work Flow, Pricing, Market Risk, Middle office, Collateral Management, Credit Risk, Post-trade confirmation, Settlement and Client service processes for Trading, Capital Markets, Wealth Management businesses.

Job Description

This team operates in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities area of Global Markets Risk Technology and works on a suite of server applications that support - Electronic Trading- and - Straight Thru Processing- of various types of Rates & Rates Derivatives business products.

The incumbent for this role will work as an individual contributor as part of the India team. He/she will closely with the global teams to provide support in the development, enhancement, maintenance and support of the applications within this space.

Responsibilities

- Analyze data and design objects in Microstrategy

- Engage with business to understand reporting requirements and create low level design documents

- Develop Microstrategy reporting frameworks - schema objects using MicroStrategy suite of products

- Develop MicroStrategy Reports & Dashboards

- Optimize Report performance

- Leverage Microstrategy tools like Integrity Manager for comparing objects between environment

- Coordinate with business and operations team to migrate objects

- Testing of objects/reports

Requirements

Primary Skills:

- Must have current experience working with MicroStrategy version 9.3.x or above. (MicroStrategy Visualization; MicroStrategy Dashboarding; MicroStrategy Reporting, and Microstrategy tools like Integrity Manager)

- Must have experience in developing complex metadata layer for Microstrategy reporting

- Must have experience in complex report development including creating metrics, filters, prompts, consolidations and custom groups

- Must have experience on Intelligent Cube Development and Dashboard Development in Microstrategy Environment

- Must have experience in implementing and documenting MicroStrategy best practices & standards

- Must have excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skill

- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills

Experience Range - 3 to 9 years of IT experience Range

Education Qualification: BE/B Tech/ M. Tech /MCA or equivalent

Shift Timings: 10 AM- 7 PM
