Key Responsibilities :
Reports :
- Drafting legal documents eg Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Legal Notices etc
- Drafting legal agreements for eg. Master Deal agreements, lease agreements, leave & license agreements, consignee sales agreement, NDA, Confidentiality Agreement, Staffing Service Agreement, Fellowship Agreement, Service Agreement etc.
- Handling secretarial matters pre - meeting and post meeting matters for various board of directors meeting, extra ordinary general meetings & annual general meetings
- Complying with the Pre Meeting and Post Meeting duties and various other Statutory Compliance
Pre & Post Meeting duties :
- Circulating notice along with the Agenda of the meeting and the relevant notes pertaining to the matters to be discussed at the meeting
- Preparing the draft minutes of the meeting and presenting it for approval; Statutory Compliances depending on the occurrence of the events
Statutory Compliances :
- Filing of Audited Annual Accounts with the Registrar of Companies, within 30 days of the date of the AGM;
- Filling of Annual Returns with the Registrar of Companies, within 60 days of the AGM
- Board Meeting Presentation and Managing Committee Presentation
- Preparing Termination letters, Letter of Intent, Affidavits.
- Look into legal matters and cases.
- Filing of E forms

Educational Qualification and Experience : LLB with CS Mandatory
