Role Description:

- Shall ensure that design and development activities are assigned to qualified personnel equipped with adequate technical skills and process knowledge.

- Review and approve design plan. The plan should ensure effective communication between the projects team, customer and other stakeholders as appropriate.

- Working along with customer complaints management team will be responsible for addressing any issues that are identified for the product in the field.

- Monitor the feedback periodically and identify suitable actions to work on field issues.

- Feedback will be documented and evaluated to determine whether a problem exists in the released software product. Any such problem is recorded as a problem report

- Problem reports will include actual or potential adverse events, and deviations from specifications. Each problem report ( defect) will be evaluated for the risk it carries for the user or the patient

- Working along with the development team will identify if changes in the software is needed to fix the defect and if any change in software will cause any additional risk arising out of changes. The impact on software classification and risk will be evaluated as a result of any change in the software.

Technical /Aptitude:

- Should have 4+ years of experience in low level firmware development, linux kernel development, desktop and mobile application development.

- Prior 4+ years of experience for research and development for high tech consumer electronics product development.

- 6+ years of experience in leading cross functional engineering team and research team.

- Excellent problem identification and solving skill.
