Responsibilities for the role:

- Owns and manages the 3PL partner in defining required SLA’s and monitoring the performance against the key performance metrics

- Manage the selection, and the cost negotiations during the selections process to select a world class supply chain partner

- Develops, process and interfaces with the rest of the company to be able to fulfill the requirements of B-C and B-B orders

- Works with Sales Operations and the different Geographies to consolidate and implement and specific distributions requirements for the regions

- Design and implement processes for product returns, initial triage and required rework or disposition as necessary

- Work cross functionally with marketing and ECOM teams to implement the shopping cart processes for fulfillment from 3PL

- Setup processes and standards to optimize import duties and taxes, as well as outbound freight and logistics costs

- Assimilate and develop processes to accommodate the shipping requirements for retail customers based on their routing guides

- Work with customer care teams to implement processes to receive feedback on customer quality issues and get to root cause and corrective actions (CLCA)

Requirements:

- 12+ years in a hi-tech, hi-volume manufacturing environment

- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience

- Proven track record in a similar job environment

- Previous experience working in a startup company

- Hands-on and work with minimal supervision

- Experience in implementing fulfillment processes through ERP systems

- Knowledge of forward and reverse logistics processes, freight methods and costs

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Technical background desirable but not a must
