Ayurwin Pharma - Customer Support Manager - Call Center (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of customer support executives primarily engaged in servicing customers over the phone
- Assist in recruiting qualified staff, coaching and mentoring them to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in sourcing equipment to setup a voice call centre
- Day to day management of the call centre
- Define objectives for the team and enable collection of suitable metrics to monitor and improve overall efficacy of the customer support team
- Understand Ayurwin product and train the team to effectively address customer issues
- Formulate and roll out effective strategies to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of employee engagement within the team
- Liaise between customers and management to highlight ground level customer issues and propose effective ways of solving them.
Required skills:
- Total of around 8 + years of experience working in call centres, out of which, 5 years should be in managing large teams
- Having started career in call centre as customer support executive, having hands-on experience in interacting with customers and progressed to managerial positions
- Prior experience in having set up a call centre from scratch would be an added advantage
- Good experience in interacting with and managing domestic customers
- Very comfortable with handling queries related to products
- Very good spoken English skills; knowledge of Hindi,Telugu,Tamil,Kannada,
- Possesses required soft skills to tackle demanding customers and complex issues
- Flexibility to work in different time zones( No Night Shifts )
Salary offered: 8 - 30 LPA
