Position: Manager Finance

Experience: 6 to 9 years (Post qualification)

Job Description:

Candidate will be required to lead the India Accounting with the assistance of an extended team. He will be primarily responsible for:

- Direct Tax Compliances including TDS, Advance tax, Transfer Pricing

- Indirect taxes including service tax, VAT,

- Leading Audits (Both Statutory and Internal).

- Compliances for SEZ, STPI including liaising with respective authorities

- Secretarial compliances

- Managing Payroll including PF and Labor compliances and its liaising with concerned authorities

- Month end closing and reporting

- Liaising with Banks and fund management.

- Managing Vendor Payables/reimbursements and employee relationship.

Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in Indian hard core accounting environment for service industry.

- A good communicator both e-mails and verbal and should be able to manage internal and external customers.
