Axtria - Project Lead/Senior/Engagement Manager - Analytics (6-12 yrs)
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Lifesciences/Pharmaceutical domain.
- Technical:
- Must have 2-4 years of hands on experience in one or more tools like SAS, SQL, SPSS, R
- Intermediate to Advanced expertise with MS excel
- Must have experience in using Statistical techniques like:
- Clustering / Segmentation
- Linear / logistic regression
- CHAID
- ANOVA
- Time series modelling
- Functional:
- Nice to have experience in development or maintenance of processes to manage and improve sales and marketing operations such as:
- Sales Force Sizing
- Territory Alignment
- PRM
- Business Reporting
Desirable qualities:
