- This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to AXISCADES businesses, delivering high quality candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large.  The Ideal Candidate Will Have :  - Should be a graduate with at least 3-5 years of excellent track record in recruiting for Engineering vertical   - Sourcing and first-level evaluation for all candidates  - Sell the AXISCADES transformation and growth story to potential candidates   - Setup and manage focused hiring drives   - Meet hiring targets within SLAs (quality of talent, time to fill and number of positions)  - Experienced in innovative sourcing and candidate influencing techniques   - Extremely good written and verbal communication skills.  - Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.  - Effective communication approaches that include - proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.  Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
