- 7 to 10 years of industrial experience in Aerospace/Automotive Domian
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development,
- Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Experience in handling contracts and NDA's.
- Should have done sales in Aerospace/Automotive area.
- Bring immediate business from known accounts.
- Identify new clients for the specified verticals and actionize plans to build quick revenue streams.
- Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (OEM and Tier1s) in UK in order to generate new business and to build relationships
- Collaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide talent pipeline visibility for all focus competencies
- Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximize business potential from each client relationship for sustained growth
- Manage account level governance for sustained growth and client satisfaction.
