Role title : Sr. HR Manager

There is an opening of a HR generalist at Axis My India Ltd, based out of Mumbai

- The incumbent will acquire quality exposure to end-to-end HR activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

- Recruitment of professional workforce as per the company's requirement.

- Assessment of training needs of all employees. Discusses with management for budget for training .Nominating employee for external training.

- Clarification of roles and responsibilities and accountability of all employees and assist them achieving over goals and objectives of their respective positions.

- To keep up morale of all staff by giving prompt attention to their needs, handling their grievances and motivating them from time to time.

- Formulate policies and procedure for the company.

- Disciplinary actions against the employees are not performing as per the standard. Show Cause and warning to the employees who are committing mistakes against company policy.

- To suggest management, the activities which will boost up employees morale such as employee engagement policy, employee of the month, Birthday Policy, Picnic Policy, education policy.

- Monitor the attendance system of the factory and head office.

- To carry out performance appraisal of the employee. Grant of increment and promotions as per company's policy.

- Handling Union matters and employee grievances.

- Over all administration of head office. Housekeeping, maintenance of head office.

Pre-Requisites :

- Exposure to HR Generalist activities, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, Talent acquisition & staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, while remaining proactive and flexible in style

- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues

- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management

- Excellent communication skills, both, written and oral

- Consistent excellence in academics

- Strong PC skills
