Responsibilities  - Responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and leading all aspects of the company's technology development and technology operations  - Work with senior management on inevitable trade off decisions on cost versus features versus quality versus time  - Execute multiple programmes running in parallel ensuring successful delivery of each one of those  - Lead the technology architecture and design decisions  - Build automated data ecosystem with multiple data sources to automate the business processes end to end  - Build process and system for automated data inventory management, backups and archiving  - Design, implement and monitor a data warehouse of 100 million+ records capacity  Skills  - Strong technology professional with deep experience (5+ years) in both enterprise software as well as consumer focused technology oriented work  - Should be able to identify, negotiate and on-board cost effective vendors for all people, project and technology requirements  - Should have hands on experience of large volume structured and unstructured data management  - Should have knowledge of data warehouse and ETL processes   - Must have experience of CRMs, lead processing and call center solutions  - Should have experience of journey based lead processing systems and should understand the ways to push the lead to end of the funnel, like if respondent has filled half the form how we can make him complete the same  - Should have knowledge of data driven supervised and unsupervised learning models  - Strong technical, project and program management skills - with a view to wed the best of technology and business to deliver value to the organization
