Axis Bank - Sr Manager - Data Systems & Insights (2-6 yrs)
JD:
- Lead a team of people focused on multiple retail banking product verticals.
- Experience in handling multiple projects from end to end delivery perspective.
- Manage assigned data infra function that supports various data needs of business analytics teams and product heads.
- Role includes people management of 3-5 associates (in house and outsourced staff)
- Interact with other members of the BIU as well as with internal customers across the bank to understand their data needs and proactively support those data needs
- 3+ years of the technology for analytics, business intelligence, information management, data warehousing or data marts.
- Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering/related areas.
- Well-versed in executing projects in mobile / digital Platforms Like - ROAMBI, SAS Mobile platform, any BI Tool mobile platforms.
- Solid understanding of Big data, data warehousing concepts, how to structure robust data marts using Hadoop / HDFS for querying/analysis purposes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to effectively engage with multiple product teams/stakeholders and support their key business objectives
