Job Description  - Experience in the process excellence and technology dimensions associated with the same  - Review of digital change initiatives, and delivery plans of BUs  - Create bank wide policies and procedural guidelines within the digital space in keeping with the regulatory guidelines and ensure adherence to the same  - Translation of existing risk frameworks, policy, and procedure for a digital environment  - Presenting the health of digital risk through the governance structure for managing digital risk  - Risk based strategy formulation wherein opportunities are harnessed from market disruptions, including the inherent risks involved with their impact, probability of occurrence and velocity of change  - Evaluation of emerging risks such as business model disruptions, cyber security, social media threats to brand and reputation, threats arising due to artificial intelligence and cognitive computing etc.  - Provide critical input with respect to Digital Risk Management for all new Digital Initiatives within the group.  - Design, Develop and Manage a parameter based Risk Management framework for Internal (within the Bank) as well as External (Customer Facing) Digital Initiatives.  - Analysis of existing frameworks with regulatory expectations and Bank wide digital strategy  - Engagement with legal, compliance, digital marketing, digital product, digital sales, operations teams and understand the kind of digital risks that these operations could be potentially exposed to  - Prioritisation of digital risk deliverables aligned to the digital initiatives undertaken by the Bank  - Understand and finalize the risk assessment and measurement approach for digital risk  - Tech enablement in digital risk management  - Focus on how to leverage IT to predict, identify and mitigate digital risks emerging within the group, across various levels and business functions  - Benchmarking of digital risk strategy and delivery plans against banking and nonbanking competition  - Assessment of regulatory guidelines related to digital risk, incorporate the relevant findings in the digital risk policy and tie up with various digital product/processes rolled out by the Bank  - Engage with Internal audit to define an audit methodology to measure the appropriateness, adequacy, and effectiveness of the digital risk and control environment  - Digital Risk reporting and insights to all stakeholders
