Department : Human Resources   Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore  Reports to : Head HR  Interfaces with : Entire Business  Years of Experience : 10+ Years   - The role at AXA BS is for a fast tracker HR Professional with brilliant HR experience in world class organizations and who is willing to put in innovative ideas in Learning and Development vertical.   - The incumbent will be working with senior stakeholders and is expected to design and implement the talent development infrastructure to support the organizational strategy and also create a value based organization culture.   - The successful candidate will work closely with the Head HR to create DNA of the organization and design talent strategy and systems that will sustain organization's learning philosophy.   Following is a detailed description :  - Responsible for overall organizational effectiveness along with best practices by understanding organizational structure and business strategies and based on the organization's need, design bigger and better Learning and Development program  - Creating, implementing & improving learning and development strategy and ensuring effective training coverage across the organization  - Drive cultural efforts through leadership of diversity and introduce innovative measures to approach the existing problems  - Raise leadership awareness, and develop and enhance the leadership skills, behaviors and competencies of employees at all levels of the organization  - Responsible to approve content and template designs for training and development purposes  - Vendor Management - Assess and select external training resources for the prevailing requirement  - Selecting and monitoring the performance of internal and external trainers to ensure optimal training results. Also, monitor the effectiveness of programs and modify programs, as necessary  - Work closely with senior management to identify high-potential employees and create development opportunities and plans that will prepare these employees for career advancement  - Rolling out effective organization development tools & initiatives to facilitate an open, collaborative team environment   - Need assessment, designing and implementing training interventions and assessment of effectiveness post training  - Partner with the business to develop leadership development programs and support functional programs as and when required
