AXA Business Services - Senior Manager - Operations - Property & Casualty (8-12 yrs)
Position Summary :
This role is a Manager position in AXA BS for P&C Vertical. Our Property & Casualty Center of Excellence provides support on distribution services, policy servicing and claims extensively. The services are currently being done for AXA Switzerland, UK, Gulf, Germany, Singapore. The role entails accountability for the delivery of targets to meet the clients demand as stated in SOW.
The person will be required to forge strong relations with Senior Leadership and Stakeholders
The person will responsible for managing Policy Servicing Operation for Singapore/ Asia

Troubleshoot bottlenecks/issues in the overall process across geographies and drive for resolution.

Insurance accreditations e.g. III, AINS, AICPCU
Exposure to multiple lines of business in Insurance- Desirable to have commercial lines experience in P&C/ General Insurance
Managed multiple senior level customers/ stakeholders (Director ++)
Lean Six Sigma exposure is mandatory and project management experience is desirable - should be able to exhibit improvement DNA
Exposure to Industry best practices in Insurance domain and Robotics implementation is desirable
Competencies :
Metrics-driven. Able to translate strategy into measurable operational goals and objectives. Disciplined in assessing performance and addressing problems.
Strong expertise in stake holder management
Qualification required :
Any Degree/Master Degree
9+ years with significant functional and Leadership experience in leading highly skilled teams, demonstrated ability of running functions independently, process migration and managing a diverse set of stakeholders in AXA BS is essential.
P&C experience must.
