Senior Manager : Equitable Finance - C2  Shift Timing : 13:15 hrs : 21:45hrs (Comfortable to work in shifts)  Process Brief :  Project Management. This position will play an integral role in Business transformation, business integration and managing multiple projects across Finance & Accounting COE.  Key Accountabilities :  - The Project Manager needs to work closely with Business Unit CoE Lead and cross functionally with Senior Stake holders in meeting the organizational objectives.  - Assist the CoE lead to make a value proposition to AXA entities for new projects.  - Engage in Consultancy projects for entities in the F&A domain.  - Explore best practices in the industry and help F&A CoE adopt these practices.  Specific position related experience :  - 8+ years experience in F&A  - Experience in transition of process  - Experience in management reporting  - Awareness of Lean tools would be added advantage.  - Awareness of SAP/BO would be desirable  - Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae)  Specific knowledge required :  - Ability to interpret financial reports and performance data  - Ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders  - Drive change and improvement in the CoE  - Capable of managing difficult situations  - Strong focus on business goals  - Effective and timely decision making.  - Ability to drive innovative solutions  - Integrity of numbers is a key driver.  - Ability to understand Financial Processes and systems  - Team player  - Effective Time management  Key Skills/Competencies :  - Building Capability.  - Change Leadership.  - Focus on Customer.  - Living through AXA Values.  - Result Orientation.  - Share to Succeed.  - Strategic Vision.  - Team Leadership.
