Operational Responsibilities :   Provide Local Support to users :   User assistance : Questions and answers, ad hoc requests  Incidents : First level of diagnosis & coordination of local investigations, escalation to central teams support to UAT  Small changes : Qualify local requests, solution impacts &sizing, core & standard alternatives, support to UAT  User training : Identify local training needs & update local training materials   Administrate local Portfolio of change requests and Clear Quest tool, track outputs and resolutions :   - Incidents, small changes, master data, questions & answers   - Contribute to weekly meetings with BAU Service Management team to review status, update plans and update priorities.  Contribute to project and small changes deployments :   - Coordinate local impacts analysis and support local UAT (communication, tests plans, test data)   - Update Training materials & review local usage  Key Accountabilities :   - Provide Local Support to users  - Administrate local Portfolio of change requests and ClearQuest tool, track outputs and resolutions   - Contribute to project and small changes deployments  Specific knowledge required :   - A good functional knowledge of the Flyer solutions, or at least SAP (and Ariba if possible) is the key requirement.  - Usually profile is a functional SAP consultant with at least 5 to 7 years of experience.  - Good communication vis-a-vis the main stakeholders is key  Service Level Management :   - Contribute to the service delivery of agreed key performance metrics of turnaround time, quality, productivity etc.  - Ask business teams for their pain points with the Flyer project solution. Create an action plan to remove the pain points and deliver solutions. Present the results through KPI's and delivery reports.  Education, Experience, Skills & Technical Competencies :   Education and Experience :   - Graduate / post-graduate degree in accounting / finance required  - SAP Certification preferred  - 3- 7 years experience in SAP FICO  - Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre environment preferred  Key Skills and Competencies :  - Strong communication skills  - Ability to identify issues and risks and propose resolution  - Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities  - Attention to detail and accuracy  - Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively  - Ability to multi-task and prioritize work  Technical Competencies :  - Knowledge of reporting functionalities in SAP  - Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP would be an advantage  - Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required  - Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications  Language Skills :  - Fluency in English - speaking, reading and writing  - Should have a valid US VISA and should be ready to work in US shift timings (if required) and Travel is also involved.
