Project Lead - Llyod's Reporting

Process Brief :

- Actuarial Services team in AXA Business Services (AXA BS) provides value added actuarial support to different AXA entities globally

- This team is a part of the Actuarial & Data Science Centre of Excellence at AXA BS

- Over the years, the team has evolved into a firmly established integral part of different AXA group entities

- The team today is involved in serving the AXA companies across Life, Property & Casualty & Health insurance businesses

- The team has now embarked on the next growth phase entailing identification of new opportunities and converting proof of concepts into new engagements for AXA BS

Key Accountabilities :

- Playing the role of a lead consultant in the projects and interacting with clients, understanding their requirements and transforming them into a solution framework

- Guiding team on implementing the solutions using the appropriate actuarial / analytical tools & techniques

Specific Knowledge Required :

- Experience of pricing / reserving / capital modelling / reporting activities of Lloyds market

- Understanding of Actuarial / Statistical techniques

- Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong Business acumen and interest in the entire insurance value chain

- Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong team player and influencing team / internal stakeholders positively

- Solid project management skills due to large number of stakeholders involved and tight deadlines

Position Summary :

- The resource would be a member of the Actuarial Services team and would work in close collaboration with teams in AXA entities

- The role would involve taking ownership of independently leading & actuarial projects and managing client interactions

- Candidate is expected to lead & grow projects for Non-Life insurance related to pricing / reserving / capital modelling / reporting etc.

Specific Position Related Experience :

- Significant progress in actuarial exams of any Actuarial society (IAI/IFoA/CAS/SOA)

- Experience of leading actuarial / analytical projects

- Experience in actuarial/analytical tools like Emblem / ResQ / Igloo / SAS / VBA / SQL / R

- Experience of P&C (Lloyds market) Actuarial activities - Pricing / Reserving / Capital Modeling
