AXA Business Services, a part of the AXA Group, was established in 1997 in Bangalore and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the AXA Group, to provide comprehensive range of outsourced back office transactions processing and high value add (such as Analytics and Actuarial) for the AXA Group Companies. AXA Business Services currently employs over 2,500 people to provide support to the AXA companies in Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand & Japan.  The Actuarial practice at AXA Business Services plays a critical role and is our likely key growth area for the coming years The team is involved in variety of activities around technical pricing, experience analysis, reporting, financial projections and other new technical initiatives - all of this undertaken in close collaboration with the various clients that we support. The team serves several AXA entities across the world and is currently engaged in working with entities from North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Mediterranean and in the Middle-East region in the Property and Casualty, Life and Healthcare insurance products.- .  The primary responsibilities are:  - The resource would be a member of the Actuarial Services team and would work in close collaboration with teams in AXA entities  - Supporting on multiple analytics projects for Non-Life insurance related to Pricing/ Valuation/ Claim Analysis and other Actuarial Projects for the team.  - Working on all the aspects of actuarial projects involving pricing, SAS analysis and final presentation  - Pricing of Motor & Household portfolio for retail line of business using tools like, EMBLEM and RADAR  - Regular client interaction to understand their requirements and transforming them into a solution framework  - Become a trusted partner for AXA Group entities - engage for capability showcase including visiting entities for opportunity assessment, discussions and piloting solutions  Qualification required:   Graduate/Post Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech  Student Member of Actuarial Society (IAI/IFoA/CAS/SOA) preferrable  Technical skills required:   Experience in actuarial tools like EMBLEM / RADAR/ other actuarial tools  Knowledge of analytical tools like SAS/R/ VBA/ SQL is desired  Good understanding of P&C concepts- Pricing, Reserving and Valuation  Strong knowledge of insurance business and Actuarial techniques  Well developed analytical and problem solving  Soft skills required  Good communication and strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders & auditors  Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills  Strong Business acumen and interest in the entire insurance value chain  Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills  Strong team player and influencing team / stakeholders positively
