Position Brief & Process Summary
- Responsible for managing end to end Financials for one of the COE in AXA BS
- MI - Quality (Process Excellence)-Work involves preparing reports-presentations and governance pack for Management review and analysis.
- Reports prepared pertaining to KPI- s-Headcount-Billing-Revenue-Budgets-forecasting etc for the CoE.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and analyze the financial budgets for one of the COE in AXA BS
- Work on pricing at the entity level
- Work with Finance team on analyzing monthly variances on Financials and address queries from business
- Measure and track productivity on an ongoing basis
- Work on RFPs as and when received
- Overall control on billing to ensure timeliness and control
- Track the receivables
- Design and implement a robust service reporting and management information system for Operations
- Ensure timely and accurate roll out of KPI and ad-hoc reports governance packs etc.
- Identify & Implement Best Practice procedures
- Support automation of report generation thereby making monthly/quarterly reports easily available.
- Coordinate with process managers for timely completion of KPI and other ad-hoc reports.
Qualifications
- Commerce graduate from a recognized university.
Specific position related experience
- Graduate / post-graduate degree in accounting / finance required.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in service reporting in a MI function in a SSC.
- Strong accounting skills.
- Excellent Presentation and Analytical skills.
- Understands clients' needs and concerns-responds promptly and effectively to client needs.
- Analytical Thinking and Decisive Judgment - analyzing issues and problems systematically.
- Exposure to building reports using software tools (Ex. Access etc).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications required especially MS PowerPoint-Excel and Word with knowledge of how automated reporting tools function in a finance environment.
- Fluency in English - speaking-reading and writing.
