Shift Timing : 1:30 PM -10:00 PM (During Month End / Quarter End / Year End - Night Shift)  Process Brief :  - Preparation of financial statements for large company  - Preparation of Investment related footnotes for 10Q/K reporting purpose  - Year-end preparation of the prospectus unit tables and assistance with the consistency checks surrounding the financial statements  - Preparation of analytics including those requested by PwC  - Running of nVision reports monthly reports  - A portion of the SOX testing for the controls performed by ABS  - The team will be responsible for performing Verification of Financial Statements and Preparation of schedules for reporting purpose.  - Federal reporting on a weekly/Monthly basis  Position Summary :  - A key resource of the ABS Finance operations team will have a comprehensive understanding of General Account (Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, reporting financial information for US GAAP SEC reporting purpose, preparing balance sheet, profit & loss schedules, and other reports) and preparation of financial statements and has end to end knowledge on Accounting & Reporting.   - The profile also requires to manage the investment reporting teams within equitable finance.  Key Accountabilities :  - Daily extraction of reports and analyzing it for onshore reporting purpose.  - Preparing the Comprehensive income schedule on a quarterly basis to be reported out.  - Preparing the investment schedules for for 10Q/K reporting purpose  - AXA BS to perform a series of validation checks, since accuracy, completeness and consistency is critical to the preparation of these financial statements. For example, Footing, Formatting, checking internal consistency in financial statements and footnotes and Performing roll forwards.  - Excellent understanding of investment accounting & reporting  - Inter-company Reconciliations  - Proficient in Advance Excel  - MS office knowledge.  - Should have excellent analytical skills and has experience in generating MI - Collating  - Tracking & analyzing data  - Formatting & Implementing various dashboard.  - Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential  - Contributes to team effort  Specific position related experience/Skills :  - Graduate or CA Inter with Strong Industry background  - GL Reconciliations & Analytics  - Inter-company Reconciliations  - Understanding of US GAAP principles specifically related to Investments, Comprehensive Income & other basic assumptions  Additionally desirable :  - Good in communication  - 7 - 8 years of Accounting experience (including knowledge in preparation and review of financial statements)  - Ability to Multitask & create efficiency in process  - Working knowledge of any ERP system  - Past experience of working in Insurance company will be preferred  - Knowledge / Experience with US GAAPS.  - Willing to work in all shifts  Key Skills/Competencies :  - Building Capability.  - Change Leadership.  - Focus on Customer.  - Living through AXA Values.  - Result Orientation.  - Share to Succeed.  - Strategic Vision.  - Team Leadership.  Salary Range: 9 - 12 LPA
