AXA Business Services - Assistant Manager - Operations (4-8 yrs)
Position Summary:
- Part of the Non - Voice team involved in processing healthcare claims received from providers.
- Ensure to enter all claim related information in the system
- Managing performance of Associates, by setting their objectives and conducting periodic performance appraisals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Building resource plans Capacity planning across processes and teams Meeting the TAT for the process Optimal utilization of resources as part of work planning
- Generating daily weekly and monthly MI reports Creating dashboards to report performance levels Exception reporting on key operational deliverables
- Building a framework for process management based on sigma levels Managing data and analyzing trends Automating reports Coordinating with teams to ensure operational requirements are met
- Handling ad hoc MI requests from support functions
- Be a partner to all AXA BS initiatives- ISO / RISK / BCP / T&C & PROJECTS
- Identify own training and personal development needs and seek ways of Fulfilling these in order to be able to deliver the best possible performance
Specific knowledge required:
- Should have good command in English language
- Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets for self and assist in meeting SLA and internal targets for the team.
- Assistant manager role with people management experience.
- A minimum experience of 1+ year as AM managing similar role.
- 1-2 year experience in a role with people management experience in healthcare insurance would be an added advantage
