AXA Business Services - Assistant Manager/Manager - Learning & Development (6-9 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage L&D programs related to Leadership Pipeline and Management Development, Workforce Skill Transformation and Talent Development
- Lead Organizational Transformation/Learning programs (OD/OE) along with the Head - L&D
- Partner-consult with assigned businesses and manage their overall people development agenda
- Drive learning experience, learning the culture and new-age learning methodologies
- Conduct learning needs analysis and prepares learning plans
- Manage a part of the L&D team
