Role Purpose :   The position will be responsible for ensuring growth of Awfis brand. He/she will be involved in creating and executing marketing & promotion strategies to maximize return on investment, in line with the business objectives.  Competencies :   - Define, conceptualize, Implement & Evaluate marketing & promotional strategies to meet long term and short term business objectives   - Manage the marketing, advertising & promotional activities of brand portfolio   - Monitor competitive & market situation to devise strategies to strengthen position of core brands   - Responsible for providing a clear brand communication and differentiated messaging to gain consumer franchise and loyalty over a period of time   Operational :   - Responsible for creating & executing an annual marketing plan to drive brand growth & affinity   - To develop & secure approval of business cases of various marketing initiatives including new product launch, line extensions etc   - Manage the creative development of ATL, BTL, digital marketing programs   - Conduct consumer research, consumer and market analytics, data & insights mining [brand-tracking, media-tracking etc. overall and for specific activities]   - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues  - Tactical short term projects designed to increase brand's share of voice across all platforms  - Work with cross functional teams - sales, product development, commercial etc. & agency partners for various marketing initiatives   Key Performance Indicators :   - Increase in Brand affinity and consumer base of the Brand   - Increase brand penetration in relevant categories   - Manage & implement Brand investment budget to maximize ROI and manage brand P&L   - No. of campaigns rolled out in a year   Skill/Education/Experience :   - A purist brand marketer with 7 to 10 years of experience   - MBA from a reputed institutes   - Strong communication & collaborative working skills
