AVP - Wealth Management - Bank (5-10 yrs)
Looking to hire a wealth manager for a MNC Bank in Delhi/NCR.
The person should have
Hands-on experience in establishing good contacts with High Net Worth Individuals and Distributors
Ensuring the productivity of center and Relationship Managers as per the expectation of the organization
Monitoring HNI clients, checking portfolio performance, conducting profitability analysis and increasing retention levels
Proposing need based product to the clients through financial planning; evaluating need to rebalance according to the changing domestic & global market conditions
Leading adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of surplus funds of clients towards the accomplishment of revenue targets
Formulating policies & procedures of the organization and informing the team about possible changes on new policies that can be used
Managing operations and customer service activities of the center and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
Assessing business scenarios, developing policies & procedures, devising operational frameworks to enhance business operations & facilitate change
