Position: AVP / V.P  Job Role:  - Management of Asset Portfolio and Client Relationship. Focus on Account Management & monitoring of their performance including Receivables, Sanction Compliance, Early Warning Signals, Legal Issues   - Managing the Team of Account Officers and effective allocation of resources   - Responsible for Periodic Review of the Portfolio and Exception Reporting  - To ensure smooth process from sanction, compliance to pre-disbursement compliance, disbursement and post disbursement compliance and functioning of the individual Accounts  - Monitor Implementation of internal policies regarding Credit Sanctions, Loan Documentation, Security Valuation and Compliance to RBI Guidelines including latest stressed account monitoring & reporting   - Continuous Monitoring and control on Document Perfection, Covenant Compliance and Other Sanction Compliance   - To review Project Progress Reports and have MIS on various parameters for the Portfolio   - Specific Focus on Infra Sector/Clients like road/ energy/ port apart from an all-encompassing sectoral analysis of the assigned sub-sectors   - New business opportunities including mining from existing relationship  - Performing risk analysis of corporates for identifying key risk factors, suggesting risk mitigants, presenting the same to the risk committee and issuing credit ratings to the companies and transactions   - Effective coordination with Accounts, Risk, Legal & Management for Restructuring of the loans, Legal Recourse for defaults, Negotiations for One time settlements, etc
