AVP/VP - Risk Change Business Analyst

We have an Urgent requirement with a leading Investment Bank with the CRO Change Team.

The CRO Change function is accountable for Successful delivery of the evolving Change portfolio sponsored by the Risk Division.Shaping strategic approaches to delivering change programs

Responsibilities :

- As Project Manager/Business Analyst, you are responsible for defining, leading and managing the delivery of large and complex change projects and initiatives for your program.

- Drive overall risk delivery stream with in front to back program

- Manage one or many projects/work streams for global programs

- Attend weekly governance calls (design, working group, control etc.)

- Allocate resources and oversee analysis tasks

- Report status to various governance committees

Desired Profile :

- Demonstrated track record of creating detailed project plans with multiple phases/tasks and tracking dependencies and resource allocations

- Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services

- Project and Change management/ Coordination experience

- Significant experience of embedding risk management in a complex organization

- Business Analysis Experience in market risk, credit risk, operational risk, reputational risk etc.

- Good understanding of market and credit risk data and processes
