We are looking for Relationship Manager (AVP/VP) - Institutional Sales one of India’s leading diversified financial services groups. at New Delhi - Saket, Bangalore - Ulsoor Road, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Kolkata
Location: New Delhi –Saket, Bangalore - Ulsoor Road, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Kolkata
CTC - 20 L - 30 L (Can be Discussed)
Education Qualification 0 Graduate , MBA preferred
Experience - 10 - 15 years
Department - Sales & Marketing
Functional Area - Sales
Reporting to - Business Head
Skill set required:
- Experience in channel sales / institutional sales / corporate sales of wealth products, as part of Wealth management division of banks/boutique wealth management firm, NBFC firms or AMC.
- Must have prior experience in generating leads and acquiring within the Corporate / Institution segment.
- Should leverage prior relationships with clients.
- Should have sound knowledge of markets/business environment and various financial products
- Travelling Required
About the role:
Client Acquisition:
- Identifying new corporates to be targeted and to evaluate the availability of surplus funds to recommend suitable asset allocation depending on their risk-taking ability, returns expectations and investment horizon.
Relationship Management:
- Presentation to the corporate treasuries to provide a complete financial solution for their surplus funds.
- To provide regular market updates and identifying new opportunities to enhance value to existing and potential customers.
- Updating the client with latest market developments and keeping them informed on the progress and performance of new products that were recommended to them in the past.
Key objective:
- Acquisition of clients and maintaining relationships with key financial decision makers/promoters ofcorporates/ institutions
- Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements.
Enablers to the role:
- Acquisition enabler - Telecalling unit provides qualified meetings
- Service enabler - Service Manager is responsible for delivering client service excellence and is One-point-contact for all client feedback & queries
