AVP / VP Process Lead (BFSI Domain)

Job Description

- Manage migration, project management, reengineering initiatives and Operational Risk management

- Create, manage and Execute governance strategies in line with the organizations business strategy and objectives

- Assesses systems for compliance with data governance policies and standards. Work with all areas of the business to ensure data quality and integrity

- Work with stakeholders to understand information needs, identify suitable data and collaborate on projects

- Proficiently use the tool to pull and work on the large data

- Assist the business to reconcile transactions with legal agreement

- Understand the business services provided to affiliates and the countries where services are provided. Ensure compliance with and monitoring of changes in applicable country laws as stated in Country Addendum

- Ensure that the pricing methodology used has been reviewed to ensure it meets arm's length pricing for all cross entity/cross border Inter-affiliate charges.

- Ensure that, in consultation with the local or all intra services are adequately documented in accordance with applicable local and U.S. tax laws, including the preparation of transfer pricing reports by an external adviser if required by law or otherwise prudent for tax risk management purposes.

- Independently assess the operational risks inherent in controls and governance over the process for contracting internal service providers and compliance.

- Work with local Country legal to update Country Addendum as required.

Qualifications:

- CA, CS, 9-16 years of experience

Experience Skills Required

- Good exposure into the BFSI domain

- Operational Risk Management

- Paralegal Transitions

- Project Management and Reengineering in a large enterprise, preferably a bank or financial services company

- Compliance Management
