- Must have experience in Process Consulting/ Process Re-engineering/ Process Excellence/ Change Management/ Process Improvement/ Business Transformation for Banking clients
- Must have experience in conducting feasability analysis, "As-is" and "to-be analysis", gap analysis
- Must have good experience in BFSI domain with minimum one global consulting project for Banking client
- Must have knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies and tools
- Must have executed high-impact projects that resulted in huge cost savings/ reduced AHT/TAT/ increase in efficiency etc
