AVP/VP - Private Wealth Management - HNI/UNI - Financial Services Firm (10-12 yrs)

We have the following requirement with leading Financial Services Firm

AVP / VP - Private Wealth Management ( Senior Financial Advisor )

Role is to:

1. End to End - Client Relationship Management - advising as per risk profile of the client.

2. Handling a book size of at least 150 - 200+ cr of AUM from Ultra HNI clients with the expectation that in the first 8 - 10 months they will move at least 50% of AUM. Generating a minimum of Rs 1+ cr revenue in the 1 st full year of operation.

3. Thorough knowledge of all capital market products for HNI- s, with a proven capability of working with the clients to service their needs related to these products.

4. Will work within the boundaries of our business model using expertise of the product group and complying with requirements and processes in place for Private Wealth Team.

Requirements:

1. CA / MBA from Premier institutes with minimum 10 -12 years experience in Financial services of which atleast 5 - 6 years in the Private banking/Private wealth space with a strong base of client relationships at the ultra High Networth individuals/families.

2. Effective and clear communication both oral and written, Persuasive - selling skills

3. Pleasing personality

4. Networking and building relationships with existing and prospective clients and positioning Wealth as a brand to clients.
