AVP/VP - P&C/Health Actuarial - Insurance Domain

Company - A large MNC

AVP : 10+ years of experience in P&C actuarial domain (preferably a Fellow or one paper less than Fellowship)

VP :12+ years of experience in P&C actuarial domain (preferably a Fellow or one paper less than Fellowship)

- Good understanding of P&C/Health Actuarial concepts for Pricing, Reserving and Valuation etc

- Should be in a position to provide technical guidance to the P&C/Health insurance team and be able to resolve any issues that arise so that deliverables are met

- Knowledge of various actuarial techniques and should be able to provide technical guidance to the team

- Experience in team and stakeholder management is required.

Deliverables :

- Candidate is expected to work on multiple analytics projects for P&C/Health insurance related to Pricing/ Reserving/ Valuation/ Claim Analysis and other Actuarial/analytical Projects for the team.

- Play a critical role in Non-Life Actuarial support platform servicing various companies within the group

- Fortify existing company's Actuarial practice supporting globally where the group has a presence across P&C/Health domains

- The resource is expected to manage multiple stakeholder and/or engagement with companies within the group

- Responsible for management of internal customers and support function to ensure that company's policies are followed across team.

- Become a trusted partner for companies within the group engage for capability showcase including visiting entities for opportunity assessment, discussions and piloting solutions

- Responsible for managing team and providing technical support
