AVP/VP - Origination - Distressed Assets (10-12 yrs)
Our client, is looking to hire AVP/ VP - Origination to manage the distressed portfolio at senior level in Gurgaon.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationship with Banks/FIs and other parties to identify deals for acquisition, conduct of due diligence, evaluation of securities by site visits and gathering market information
- Finalize transactions (Drive bid process, bilateral transactions and respond to RFPs/auctions, negotiations with sellers etc.) for acquisition of financial assets
- Manage & develop the acquisition team and overall supervision of acquisition process and procedure
- Lead research/market intelligence initiatives, participate in industry forums, educate stakeholders etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- The candidate must have at least 10 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/ NBFC / ARC
- Analysis of financial statements, techno economic feasibility/viability reports, knowledge of SARFAESI, functioning of DRTs/DRATs and Official Liquidators
- Strong negotiation and analytical skill, transaction structuring and modeling, business and asset valuation.
- Candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
