Challenging Assignment with P&L responsibilities  This role is in the Life Insurance Sector.  The role holder shall be responsible for following deliverables:  Online sales  - Conceptualize the online business strategy and launch the e-sales platform   - Design the front-end and back-end interface for a differentiated customer experience  - Building and delivering business plan for online sales with P&L responsibility  - Develop and build the Online business case for introduction of new online products   - Managing day to day business and driving sales for Online Sales Channel while working with co-departments to ensure a seamless customer service  - Generating leads for the direct channel  - Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive traffic for online sales  Sales automation  - Lead the project for sales automation (Tablet solutions) for Direct sales force  - Vendor evaluation, preparing BRD, driving POC and final implementation  - Design the front-end and back-end interface for a differentiated customer experience  - Benchmark and evaluate best in class UI and backend issuance   - Aid other distribution channels in achieving adoption targets   Requirements:  - Proven e-commerce experience of handling e-sales / digital sales preferably for an insurance company  - Experience in project of setting up the back-end / front-end, launch will be of advantage  - Overall experience in sales & distribution - more than 8 years  - Project management skills  - Good understanding of backend operations, call center processes etc  - Experience in managing P&L  - Post graduate in management  It is a sincere request to all my professional colleagues to hit apply button only of you feel that your profile can meet the given criteria.  Please do not apply unnecessarily.
