AVP/VP - Marketing - NBFC (8-12 yrs)
Looking for a AVP/ VP Marketing Communication based with a large NBFC in Gurgaon. Candidate with 8 - 12 years (post MBA) of Marketing experience from a Premier B School

- Channel Marketing (Cross Sell & Up Sell)

Job Responsibilities.
Strategy and Planning (Marketing communication and Experiential Marketing):
- In house custodian & consultant on consumer behavior, communication, media, activation and brand
- Provide marketing support to achieve company objectives and strategic initiatives
- Increasing brand equity and ensure relevance and connect of the brand with consumers
- Identify customer and consumer segments for and aid targeting & positioning of appropriate product
- Finalize & Develop Marketing strategy and vision for ATL, BTL and Online activities
- Finalize budgets, plans and calendars of various sub functions (Marcom, Online, ATL and BTL) to ensure ROI for every initiative
- Fine tune or change plans basis competition, market and consumer trends
Enhance Brand equity:
- Strategy, design and implementation of marketing communication and media planning activities
- Monitor and sustain brand health (awareness, consideration and imagery)
- Create consumer pre-disposition and maintain brand differentiation and relevance
- Identify and develop innovative marketing platforms to influence various segments
- Use online and social media to enhance brand equity and achieve business objectives
Enhance brand experience and engagement through:
- Experiential marketing: Get the consumer to experience the brand and engage them through exciting marketing opportunities and ideas
- Brand activation in mass market areas - Create brand presence in high footfall locations
- Identify and create properties that will enhance brand visibility on-ground at a national level
- Provide campaign support by extending the mass media campaign on ground
- Identify and create properties that will enhance brand affinity amongst the marketing segments identified by organization
- Local media interface and management
- Design and implement Sales Channel Partner communication strategy
- Plan and integrate marketing support across various departments and channels
- Monitor Budgetary variance and planning
- Ensure proper budget allocation, monitoring and control and Effective utilization
Team management:
- Structure the marketing team based on business and company requirements
- Develop a high performing team through right job allocation, recruitment, team building, motivation and skill building
- Mentor the team
