AVP/VP - Marketing & Branding - Retail/Telecom/FMCG - IIT/IIM

Urgent opportunity for AVP/VP - Marketing and Branding for one of the leading Retail Industry.

Location : Gurgaon

Directly Reporting to: Co-Founder

Responsibilities :

- End to end management of brand building and marketing P&L

- Responsible for overall growth of the brand across verticals - transactions, sales

- Would handle social media, ATL/BTL activities, analytics, research and PR functions

What we are looking for -

Capabilities :

- Strong branding and marketing experience across sectors, focused on growth is a must

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

- Anaytical approach and an experience with sales is preferable

- Candidate must be high on energy

Preferred Industry: Retail, Ecommerce, Telecom, FMCG

Preferable Institutions: IITs, IIMs

Ideal experience: 5 - 9 years
