Associate Vice President / Vice President : M&A Consulting

Location : Gurgaon

Exp : 7 - 12 years.

Qualification : Must be MBA (full time from a premier institute) with PE/M&A experience in the Financial Services sector.

- 7-12 years of relevant post qualification experience.

The candidate should

- have experience in closing deals preferably in the Financial Services Sector.

- be a front line, client interfacing person

- have good working experience of financial analysis and strategy

- Leadership skills

- Strong Financial Modeling & Analytical skills

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with:

- Investment banks/Banks

- Private equity / venture capital firms
