Designation: AVP/ VP - Legal & Compliance - Mumbai  Department: Private Equity  Reporting to: Director/ CEO  Job Summary:   - Experience in Legal documentation and should have complete understanding of end to end PE transaction (including Real Estate Fund) from Legal & compliance perspective   Key Responsibilities:  - Incumbent must have experience in Legal documentation.  - Draft standard legal documents like NDA, liaison with external parties to close the agreements, like placement agreements, management agreements, etc.  - Identification of risk in the deals and their mitigations  - Should have good experience in handling legal negotiations, arbitrations and other sensibilities.   - Should have understanding about the RBI laws  - Should be able to coordinate with ROC, Investee companies, SEBI , BMC and other regulatory bodies  - Ensure portfolio compliance both from the fund and companies perspective and ensure periodic compliances of the same   - Develop internal processes on risk and compliance for the fund as well as portfolio companies and monitoring the same  Candidate Profile:  Must have:  - Should have interacted with Multiple Law firms and should possess good knowledge on Litigation matters  - Should have some experience in handling real estate documentation not necessarily from a real estate background but should have understanding of Property Law)  - Should have good experience in Corporate level Documentation, Shareholders Agreement, Investment Agreements, all types of umbrella and supplementary agreement required to do the deal, etc   - Risk identifier and mitigate  - Thorough knowledge on drafting of agreements and closures  Qualification:   - Must have: LLB/LLM  - Preferred: CS, LLB  Interested candidates can forward their CVs with following details:  Current CTC: Expected CTC: Preferred Location:  Contact Person: Sucheta Bhilare Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd 311, Ganatra Estate, Thane Maharashtra, India- 400601 Tel 022-25476846 URL: www.vitasta.com
