- Looking for HR Business Partners with 12+ years experience overall and a minimum of 10 years in a Generalist role with leading BPOs

- Must have exposure to all verticals of HR and must be responsible for entire employee life cycle from on-boarding till exit

- The role would involve driving HR across verticals such as Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Attrition Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and Recognition, Compensation and Benefits etc

Must have excellent communication skills
