- You will be part of a 25 member HR organization at the India technology center which houses more than 5000 engineers engaged in basic research, applied design and project delivery across all digital industrial applications. HR has a strong tradition of business partnering and you will be supporting client groups who respect and value Human Resource imperatives.

- Experiences you will build by being in this role: This role will provide you with deep exposure to anticipating evolving business needs and partnering with leaders to determine the org and talent strategy thereby positioning the organization for growth, exercising judgment in ambiguous situations / complex decisions on people strategy, diagnosing culture and driving change through the cultural pillars of the company's Beliefs, PD, FastWorks, Simplification, Horizontalization and seamlessly assimilating employee inputs into org strategy while maintaining a clear focus on compliance and integrity.

- Past Experiences that we think would help you here: Global business partnering, proven ability to deal with and lead thru uncertainty/ambiguity, large scale change, difficult conversations, Org re-structuring, design to deployment, behavioral psychology, coaching, influencing.
