AVP/VP - HR Business Partner - Investment Banking

Role:

To manage and address the complexed needs of the businesses from HR perspective. The roles will provide a full Generalist HR remit in accordance with Business and HR requirements to the operations in the given region. The role provides end to end support covering Performance, Talent Management, Compensation Benchmarking and owning the People charter in any of the regions. The role also provides direction to HR associates in Resourcing, Learning and talent development verticals towards achieving the people charter. Report into the Head of HR and actively lead in design and delivery of People initiatives partnering with Regional and Global Business Heads.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Wide dimensioned Generalist HR experience -ideally gained within a global Financial Services environment

- Knowledge of employment law and best practices

- Accurate and detail conscious, able to quickly spot errors in data and respond with clarification and explanation.

- Experience of working through systems and processes governing performance, talent and compensation management in a large set up.

- Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel) and experience of HR Systems (Peoplesoft)

- Proactive self starter and able to work alone with minimal supervision/support, however needs to work very collaboratively with line manager and other team members

- Proven track record of working towards strategic deliverables impacting larger organisational goals.
