Experience : 13+ years

Location : Delhi NCR

Salary : No Bar

Designation : AVP/ VP Level

Requirements:

- Candidate should currently be in an HR Business Partner Role. Will be responsible for all the HR functions from hire to retire.

- Should have handled and should be competent in managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management Talent Planning

- He / She Should have had exposure to Special Projects

- Good Communication skills
