AVP/VP - HR Analytics - BFSI

We do have an urgent opening for the profile of HR Analytics / Leading MNC / Bank / Mumbai

Job Descripition:-

1. Looking for the people for COE who can support on advanced analytics and human capital.

2. Responsible for developing Global HR Analytics capability including cross value insights/proposition in the area of Performance & Rewards Management, Talent Management, Human capital metric, Learning and Resourcing for Human Resources globally.

3. Develop HR Analytics global utility to support & meet HR function needs globally and drive efficiency & effectiveness in consultative service model.

Global deployment of BI tools INFORM/INFOHRM (BI solution for HR) for Board members,

4. Minimum 8 yrs of experience out of which 5 yrs is in decision science area.

5. People should be from Analytics background People will be fit who are from HR Analytics Background.
